4. Do you have a discount code or gift card? Then enter this during checkout.
5. Click on the "pay" button to complete your order.
6. Then go through the steps for payment.
7. As soon as the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us and we will start sending your order!
We recommend creating an account when ordering. With an account you can view all your data and orders afterwards.
Unfortunately this is not possible. An item is only reserved when your order is fully completed.
In general, our items are no longer restocked. If you are interested in a sold out item, please leave a chat message with the following information:

To still receive your order, we advise you to place a new order and choose a different payment method.
If you are unable to redeem your discount code, we recommend the following:

When will my package arrive:
If your order is placed on working days before 3:00 PM. Is the package delivered the next day?

As soon as we have packed your order you will receive a track and trace via email.

Unfortunately, it is possible that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to carefully check the track and trace data first.

How can I return my items
Are your received items not entirely to your liking? Whatever the reason, your order may be returned without reason within 14 days.
For returns, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. State the order number, the items that are being returned, and the reason for the return.
We will then send you a return label. The return costs are €6.40.
The return label can be paid online and then printed.
The return is as follows:
✓ Put the items you want to return back in the box, with the packing slip.
✓ Make sure the box is properly closed and packed.
✓ Stick the return slip on the box.
✓ Hand in the package at your nearest PostNL location.
The costs for the return are for the buyer.
Please note: Returns that are not registered within 14 days cannot be accepted.
Items from the samples sale cannot be returned. However, the items can be exchanged to a different size or color at the expense of the buyer.
If the suitable size or color is no longer available, you can opt for a store credit.
The legal guarantee applies to all items on the webshop. This means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
Do you have a complaint about the order? Then you can email us about this. It is important to state your order number in the e-mail and add a photo on which the complaint is clearly visible.
Follow the steps below to exchange items:
Send an email to: email@example.com with your name, order number and which items you would like to exchange.
State in the email which items you would like to receive back in exchange. Clearly state the desired size and color.
You will receive a shipping label from us that you can print. You can stick this on the package. With this shipping label you can hand in the items for free at the nearest PostNL point in your area.
Make sure the items are packed carefully. Items must be unworn and undamaged.
If you still want to return your order after exchanging, € 6.40 will be charged for the exchange.
Please note: Sample sale items may be exchanged at buyer's expense.
You do not have to pay the (full) Klarna invoice when you return your order in part or in full. To avoid extra costs, we recommend registering your return via the Klarna app. Klarna will then pause the invoice until your return has been processed by us.
As soon as your return has been processed and you have received the return confirmation, the Klarna invoice will also be adjusted. You will receive the adjusted invoice within 23 hours after processing the return.
